What if two clients choose the same time?

One calendar protects availability across channels. The same staff member or room cannot be double-booked for conflicting appointments.

Do my clients need to install an app?

No. The mini-site opens in a browser without a client account. WhatsApp is another option. Your team also uses a browser; installing a dashboard shortcut is optional.
